  • Provide clear photos or video evidence of the damaged item and packaging

Approved cases may result in a replacement or logistics claim assistance, at our sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Third-Party Logistics & Fulfillment

We work with third-party logistics and fulfillment partners. Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier performance
  • Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon dispatch

Any delivery-related issues will be handled on a best-effort basis, in coordination with the courier.

Customers are responsible for:
